Easter Morning....then Evening

On Easter morning i had to teach sunday school and we aren't known to be morning people so gave the kids their baskets and then after we got home from church and dinner with the lawson's then had naps...the kids had their egg hunt {the easter bunny left instructions for us so we would know where to hide the eggs!!}

We headed to our second home {the culvers!} to color some eggs and work on our truck the manly men changed the ball joints...they were diiiirrttyy!!! and we are so thankful for rodney's awesomeness to help jess get it done!!

Girls day out

my monthly day off rachel and i spent hanging out with the culver girls and we had fun chattin' playin' and eatin' ice cream!! all a girl could ask for!!

we headed to the culver's for some birthday fun and we know when we head there and any food is involved some one could end up wearing it and today was no different the one who earned the honor was the birthday boy himself due to all the smack talk he had done to his mom!! {sorry some of the pics are blurry we were laughing so hard it was tough to focus!}

Catch UP!!

So since i have been a bad blogger and fallen behind very quickly...here is the first of several posts to catch me up!!
my crazy girls...although me caused lots of trouble with out Lorissa..

me working hard i didn't complete as many pages as i wanted but i did do over 40!

Nicole was the over achiever of the weekend and completed so many projects i lost track but one of the completed projects was my beautiful lap quilt...

she named it sherbert dreams and its SO pretty!!!

6 Already!!

We celebrated Brandon's 6th birthday at the bowling alley this year. Our first time of doing a special not at church party and he loved it! We allowed him to invite some friends from school and a couple showed up along with the Culver clan so he had tons of fun munching pizza, bowling with friends, and tearing through some wrapping paper! I can't believe how big my baby is getting and on the night of his actual birthday I was telling him of the day he was born and he looks at me and says we need another baby boy....oh boy!!

New Year's Eve and I am Officially Caught up on Blogging!!!

We headed over to the Culver's for some pizza and rock band fun....we made it until about 3 then headed home and much to everyone's amazement Rachel stayed awake the ENTIRE time! But she was punch drunk tired by the end of the night and I think asleep before we got out of the drive!

The kids hung out by themselves most of the night either playing Star Wars, video games of some sort or Twister.

Waiting for the ball to drop Brandon was insistent he was going to stay up and see this after it dropped and the kissing started he was grossed out and went quickly back to playing!!

It is about twoish here and Rachel is still holding on!

then she decided she needed to get active and stay awake by playing some Rock Band...and of coarse head banging is a must!

They are fading fast and we headed home shortly to get everyone to bed!
