Mother's Day Request

So for Mother's Day all I asked for was to get some Easter pictures of the kids and to get some family pictures everyone behaved themselves for the most part and I was able to get some cute shots!

So tired tonight but have lots to get posted after our super fun weekend in Indy with Mam and Pap Lohroman! Also Brandon's preschool graduation is on tuesday! (sniff, sniff) and our annual MWEC American Idol party is wednesday!!

Playing Outside

So we have been busy outside and I haven't been real good about keeping up but here are some of the kids playing outside on the swing set(Brandon is giving me the chance to practice action shots in manual!) Brandon has also been helping Dad with the mowing! We also got the bouncy house out for the first time Rachel wasn't real sure about it at first but once Brandon settled down she thought humm maybe its not so bad and I'll have a little jump as well.

I know one of these is a repeat and the other one isn't that good of a shot (because when Rachel saw the camera she hid) But I love the love that you can see between these two. In the second one Rachel wanted to dance with her daddy it was so sweet. It makes me think of the day I will watch her dance with her daddy on her wedding day..yes it's a long way off but will be here long before I'm ready.

I'm so thankful that the kids have such a wonderful Dad he is so involved and unafraid to show his love to them. I thank God every day for sending him onto my path and for the strength of our love to be able to climb every hill that is in our path.

Nature+Photoshop=Cool pics

I have discovered new fun with photoshop it is amazing all the different websites there are with tips and tricks and I have discovered that I love playing around with it...I remember when I first got the program how much I HATED it and ended more then one attempt in tears trying to get it to do what I wanted! So here are some pretty tulips and lilacs...not changed a whole lot just bumped up colors to make them pop.

Springtime=Outsidetime

We have been spending lots of time outside since it has warmed up. Last weekend we were outside a bunch but this past week it has done nothing but rain so we didn't get out much. Yesterday I didn't have to work so after lunch I couldn't take being cooped up anymore so even though the sky was overcast we got our coats and went for a walk. Then we came back and played on the porch and checked out the dandelions until it started to sprinkle.

Bowling and Ice Cream

Well the title says it all...last weekend we took the kids and my sister for a little fun at the bowling alley. It was in honor for Brandon counting higher at school then he did the last time he was checked...69! When ever we ask him what he did or learned at school we always get an I don't know...so its nice to know he is actually learning! While bowling I think we all got a strike or spare...I actually got a strike..and I'm usually a horrible bowler! After we finished bowling we just weren't ready to go home so we went for a bite of ice cream!
